Day 01 :

  • Pick up from IXB Airport / NJP Station - Phuentsholing (190 Km / 05 Hrs. approx.): On arrival, pick up from IXB Airport/NJP Railway Station. Drive to Phuentsholing, the Gateway of Bhutan by Road from India. It is a thriving commercial center on the northern edge of the Indian Plains. Upon reaching Phuentsholing, check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Phuentsholing.

Day 02 :

  • Phuentsholing - Thimphu (Altitude 2,320m / 150 km / 05 Hrs. approx.): After breakfast, check out from the hotel, get the permit done, and drive to Thimphu via the wonderful mystic town Gedu, about 9000 ft above sea level, and Chukha Dam. On the way, visit Kharbondi Gumpha, Wankha waterfalls, and halt at Chojum to take photographs of the confluence of two rivers of Bhutan. Continue your journey to Thimphu. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Thimphu.

Day 03 :

  • Thimphu Local sightseeing – Paro (50Km / 02 Hrs. approx.): After breakfast, visit Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Statue), located a short drive from Thimphu City Centre. It houses the largest statue of Buddha in the country with over one hundred thousand smaller Buddha statues. Then visit the National Memorial Chorten, built in memory of the Third King of Bhutan. Visit the Folk Heritage Museum. In the afternoon, visit Sangaygang View Point, Changangkha Monastery, and the Takin Preserve Centre—the national animal of Bhutan. In the evening, visit Tashichho Dzong (Fortress of the Glorious Religion). After sightseeing, transfer to Paro. Check in to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 04 :

  • Paro Local sightseeing: After breakfast, visit Nya-mey Zam, Dungtse Lhakhang, Kila Gompa, Druk Choeding, Tamchog Lhakhang, Ringpung Dzong, view of Taktsang Monastery, and Ta Dzong. Return to the hotel afterward. Evening is leisure time. Overnight stay at the hotel in Paro.

    After breakfast, proceed to the world-famous Tiger’s Nest Monastery. This will take the full day and involves trekking. Ponies are available on hire. Evening is leisure time. Overnight stay at the hotel in Paro.

Day 05 :

  • Paro – Phuentsholing (150 km / 04 Hrs approx.): After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Phuentsholing. On the way, visit Paro Airport View Point and local market. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. Explore the local area in the evening and enjoy dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay at Phuentsholing.

Day 06 :

  • Phuentsholing – Bagdogra Airport/NJP Station (190 km / 05 Hrs Approx.): Early morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station. Tour ends with sweet memories.
