The client-company contract is important for us and we guarantee that this agreement will never be disclosed to any of our private third-party individuals. We will stand beside their clients for any discussion or claim when any dispute falls between us. Global Tours and Travels doesn't bear liabilities for issues arising in your individual or personal matters. Apart from the Global Tours and Travels CEO, no employee working for the company has the right to alter or delete any of these terms. No promises will be given for discounts and offers unless they are given in written form.
If you are interested in making changes to the booking, you are requested to visit our office directly. The changes will be made by considering certain emergency conditions. We do not encourage people to make repeated changes.
By depending on the situation, Global Tours and Travels allows cancellation of booking. You have the right to cancel the booking, but you need to inform us through call, email, or a direct visit to the office before the specified period of time. The cancellation charge will apply in certain circumstances. The thing you should remind is that the amount you paid will not be refunded.
The company reserves the right to cancel the services at any time due to unforeseen situations like natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient participation. In these cases, we will provide an alternative service of equivalent value or a full refund. We are not liable for any incidental costs caused by cancellation.
The refund amount processing will take up to 30 business days after cancellation. No refund will be granted for unused services, early returns, or missed departures.
If you have any complaints regarding the tour arrangements, you have the right to complain to us through mail. Within a day, our customer support staff will respond to you.
Global Tours and Travels arranges each trip with great care and attention. We are responsible for our employees, agents, guides, and suppliers. We are not responsible for any kind of criminal act and advise you to stay away from illegal activities during the time of travel.
We recommend having travel insurance for all customers. It will cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and loss of belongings. We are not responsible for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance. With an additional cost, we can arrange travel insurance for you.
We act as an intermediary between customers and service providers like airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc. We select service providers carefully to ensure a safe and reasonable tour, but we are not responsible for their acts and omissions. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services purchased from us. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Global Tours and Travels is also not liable for damages caused by delays, schedule changes, accidents, illness, weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
